SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping:
* FREE on orders over $100!
* Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchases from Mah’s Helping Hand. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we welcome the return of merchandise for replacement products or a refund under the following conditions:

We will replace your products (within one year of purchase) if:

• They were received damaged upon delivery. *Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of package delivery.

• Mah Jongg Highlighters were used and washed as suggested and they lost their adhesive properties. Only guaranteed when used on our protective card Sleeves.

• Our Sleeves become cloudy or unable to be used.

• Your dog or grandchild ruined them.

We will give a full refund (within 14 days of purchase) if:

• Items are returned in original packaging and in new condition.

• Items have not been damaged or altered.

• Items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs if returned within FOURTEEN days of purchase.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*All returns must be accompanied by a MHH return card which is included in your package. Or feel free to email us and we will be happy to assist you.
